Cairo Street shall be upgradec to serve this purpose under the contract RA / 200 ( R ) . The upgrade comprises the construction of 2.3KM depressed troughs, 5 vehicular bridges, 5 utility bridges, I flyover bridge, 7 pedestrian bridges and 7KM of at - grade roads including the adjacent second and third ring road .
