Key Skills
• Qualifying welding procedure and preparing WPS & PQR for in house fabrication as per ASME SEC IX, AWSD 1.1, API1104, ASMEB31.3, B31.4 &B31.8.
• Conduct Toot Box talk & Training session for Engineers, Fabricator, Fitter & Welder
• Preparing for In-house production and Reviewing Sub Vendors Welding book (Welding Map (WM), Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and Welding Performance Qualification (WPQ), Detailed NDE procedures (RT, MT, UT, PT, VT), Pressure Testing.
• Pre Welding Inspection, In process Welding Inspection, & Post Welding Inspection as per applicable standard of Piping & Structure.
• Conduct Material recieving as per approved procedure for company supplied and contractor supplied material as per Code & Company requirements.
• Inspection of job as per the ITP, Procedures and applicable Specifications during various stages of execution of work and maintaining their records.
• Checking of Final Dimension during fabrication and erection stages.
• Interpretation of AFC Drawing with client IFC drawing.
• Conducting Structural Walk through with client and closing of punch points.
• Daily Welding Surveillance & Welder Monitoring as per approved Procedure.
• Monitoring of consumable storage, handling, packing and drying temperature as per project approved procedure.
• Checking weld joint preparation, fit up, alignment, Orientation & dimensional inspection as per drawings
• Ensure cutting activities are performed as per requirements.
• Arrange & witness NDT of weld joints and maintain its reports.
• Witness Hold Points on erection, fabrication and NDT activities as per ITP
• Preparation of Weekly Project Weld Status & Welder Repair Rate
• Verification of Test Packs to prepare pre-punch list & Final punch list referring P & ID and ISO drawings
• Review of Visual/ Hydro / Pneumatic Test packages.
• Any site modification makes technical inquiry Co-ordinate with Concerned Design Engineers.
• Witnessing Hydro test/Pneumatic test/Service Leak test.
• Ensure that a quality system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with clients and industry codes, standards and

• Planning, scheduling and carrying out internal audits as per ISO 9001-2015
• Carrying out ISO audit in sub vendor premises & evaluating supplier performance. Complete detailed programming and development tasks for front end public and internal websites as well as challenging back-end server code.
• Carry out quality assurance tests to discover errors and optimize usability.
