Maintenance, Accommodation and WPS Specialist for H.Q and Accommodation
• Supervised maintenance, operation, accommodation, transportation, contracts, policies, providing and dealing with vendors and subcontracts.

• Saved over 200, 000 SAR by renewal of H. Qs contract
• Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, pest control and so on.
• Solving any technical or maintenance issue for mechanical, electrical, control and Air conditioning systems.
• ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
• Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, Teaboys, maintenance and security.
• overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
• Drafting reports and making written recommendations.

• Resolved and finalized over 10 pending projects within the facilities in 2 months with the lowest cost possible.
