- Participate with the recruitment manager to determine the staffing needs in different areas and
departments of the company.
- Identify the selection criteria for the needed candidates by communicating with department managers
and other members of staff.
- Prepare and update the company job descriptions and interviews questions that reflect the
requirements for each position
- Determine the most suitable candidate from available candidates after conducting the interviews for
them.
- Create and prepare the interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and
in-person interviews.
- Evaluate and review the candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios, and references
- Arrange and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a candidate database for any future
needs.
- Manage the documents of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related
paperwork, to prepare the annual reports for the executive management and direct manager.
Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.
Working with indirect sales department as developing the sales and reach the monthly target and manage the employees including Grocery's and mobiles stores (Point of Sale) to provide Users, recharge cards, manage balance machines. Also, working on training project for 4 months and gave this training for customer services.
Major accomplishments:
• Acting a manager when my manager being an absent for Eastern and northern region.
• Train more than 300 people on customer service training project.
• Gave an idea that change the concept of the indirect sales department.
• Share with making the decision.
• Team work.
Working on main reception as administrator to receive new patients and register them, guide the patent to the right clinic, provide them the whole information they need, also receive the approvals and communicate with approval center, solving problems.
