General Retirement & Social Insurance Authority (GRSIA) - Doha, Qatar:
GRSIA main objective is to provide social protection to retired Qatari nationals. As one of its main core functions to determine the financial status of the pension fund, it becomes natural to keep its internal financial books updated and accurate, the project aims to raise the efficiency of the financial system to enhance procedures for fund accounts, contribution accounts and retirement accounts via develop the interconnection between interior departments which financial module provides & integrate their oracle system with Profusion financial system to transmit vouchers automatically. The project automates full transaction workflow cycle easily among multiple departments starting from entry of regular & auto financial vouchers going through auditing, revision, crossing multiple approvals till posting & that will eliminate process duplication, ease of tracking & follow-up, avoid data redundancy and ensure reliable database, moreover; allows decision makers to get immediate & accurate information by generating reports & financial statements which provide deep insight into organization, with ability to customize specific queries to develop custom made and dynamic reports with multiple criteria.
