The customer service team follows up on all matters related to the investors of the various products offered by the company, such as electronic trading, investment portfolios managed by the company, or all kind of investment funds, starting from the process of explaining the product to the investor, through completing all that is necessary to subscribe to it, and then following up on any request from the customer.

In addition to the part related to the company's clients, we prepare various reports that are requested periodically from the regulatory authorities such as the Capital Markets Authority and the internal and external auditors and follow up on their requests.

In short, we do what is necessary to satisfy the company's clients as much as possible, while working continuously to find ways to develop the work in all aspects, in addition to providing the concerned parties inside and outside the company with the necessary and required data.
