Working in Product services providing support to power-plants and resolving (100+/year) issues
Working in the front-line Quick Response Center (QRC), providing quick initial troubleshooting to Engineering Response cases, ensuring 4-hour touch time to resolution for cases solved by QRC, and dispatching to tier 2 as an effort to increase quality and responsiveness of Engineering Response cases and technical support
Supporting on site field engineers
Focusing on MarkVIe (GE Proprietary controller) controls platform and hardware related issues
