My key responsibilities and objectives include:
1. Safety and Compliance: Authorizing activities that may pose hazards to personnel,
equipment, or the environment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and work permit
requirements.
2. Problem-Solving: Coordinating with the work team and Aramco issuers on-site and
assessing and determining associated hazards while implementing necessary safety
precautions to mitigate risks.
3. Project Coordinator: Developing detailed construction schedules, critical path plans, and
ensuring timely project milestones with construction team and SAPMT.
4. Supervision and Preparation of Progress Reports: Overseeing the WPR (Work Permit
Receiver) and actively participating in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) meetings to
maintain operational excellence. Prepare our progress reports, highlighting key
achievements, challenges, and future goals. Then, submit them to the management work
team and WPRs. Stakeholder Coordination

Participate in the development of a detailed construction schedule or critical path plan based on complete drawings and delivery schedules, personally supervising the report and the equipment. Attend and participate in Drilling, HSE, and kick off meetings with all NEOM organizations related to Tunnel construction activities.
