As the first resource who embarked on BI career in Tamkeen, this has boosted me up in several areas of experiences:
• Grasp of BI methodologies and applications in both tracks of project and operation.
• Organizational management and custom-built teams to serve client in this area.
• Technical expertise in data modeling and statistical dashboards design; mainly on SAP products.
Selected Achievements:
• Played a pivotal role building H.E. (MLSD) weekly executive dashboard; down from data level to visualization's. Thereupon, my achievement has been distinguished by client's top management.
• Involved in two end to end BI projects covering all technical aspects as well as maintaining requirements delivery.
• Analyzed, investigated and diagnosed errors that occurred in the roaming billing system for over 7 million customers and corrected the problem by coordinating with the vendor.
• Tested the Roaming System after technical changes to ensure the system worked properly. Achieved 100% success in complete integration.
• Interfaced and produced with various departments to modify or add new features to the Roaming System, and responsible for upgrading process to apply these changes with complete satisfaction.
• Organized and distributed management tasks to my five-team members; followed up these tasks to provide a report to the manager.
• Introduced a training program for employees on roaming system to increase awareness of the system and employees performance.
• Picked by department manager, from five employees, to act as Liaison between the main billing system and roaming subsystem to ensure the two systems were fully integrated to ensure a seamless operation.
