Key Responsibilities:
• Spearheading the procurement, sourcing, vendor development, and relationship management; reviewed & understood procurement requirements with the end-user; preparing contract documents; evaluating the PR, RFI, RFQ, and RFP Process within the time frame
• Evaluating & managing vendors, releasing payment & re-negotiated the price with them; defining procurement plans for items & obtaining that supplier’s deliverable is as per the requirements
• Generating solicitations competitive bids, vendor pre-qualification questionnaires, quotations, and proposals with other legal documents
• Maintaining strong business relationships with stakeholders and suppliers; managing contract enquiries, issues, disputes, variations, risks and undertaking negotiations as required; drafting contract condition; finalizing tenders; guiding team in ensuring timely clearance and procurement of materials and services
• Administering creation & signing of contracts related to Master Services agreement/ Statement of Works/Standalone Agreements; implementing & ensuring all agreements as per Contract Management Process; monitoring & executing Billing & Invoicing for the contracts
• Monitoring contract performance and compliance in accordance with the contract management plan, risk management plan and organizational policies and procedures
• Developing & monitoring periodical reports for the project stability & business growth using the SAP System (ARAMCO) and Microsoft Dynamics ERP (SCISP)
• Facilitating project requirements by network fulfillment with Consultant, Designer, Event Management Agency, Building & Construction Contractors, IT Applicator & Implementer, and Infrastructure Companies locally and globally.
• Assisting the organization and consultation companies for work in liaison with the Strategic Department, HR, Finance, PR, IT and Office Services Department.
