At PWC Middle East, I served as a Forensics, CP& I Consultant, to provide comprehensive services to (KSPF). In this role, I conducted thorough reviews and assessments, including evaluating the master plan, stakeholder management, general services, operations, and project deep dive. I utilized RCM testing and analysis techniques, prepared detailed field memos, and contributed to the preparation of internal audit reports.
In addition to my work with the KSPF client, I worked closely with the audit department to deliver high-quality services for (SBF). I conducted comprehensive reviews and assessments, evaluating stakeholder management, general services, MEP & utilities, operations, and project deep dive. I performed RCM testing and analysis, prepared detailed field memos, and contributed to the preparation of internal audit reports.
During my time at PWC Middle East, I also had the opportunity to collaborate on the City Operational Readiness Review for (KAFD). This involved assessing various aspects, including city components state assessment, operation & maintenance strategy, and operating model, returns, sales, and marketing, assets handover transitions along the asset lifecycle, facility management services, billing, cashflow, customer relationship, fire and safety management, and readiness for emergency response.
Furthermore, I reviewed and assessed various procedures for the Umm alqura (MASAR), encompassing design, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment), ICT (Information and Communications Technology), master planning, PMO (Project Management Office), project development, and project support.
As the founder and architect at LHJ Firm, I specialize in providing architectural and conceptual design services to governmental and non-governmental clients. A key responsibility in my role involves effectively communicating and managing stakeholders, vendors, subcontractors, contractors, and consultants. I excel in fostering strong relationships, coordinating collaboration, and ensuring seamless execution throughout the project lifecycle.
At RAFAL Real Estate Development Co., I served as an Architectural Engineer, contributing to the success of two significant projects. For the ALNARJES PROJECT, I was involved in the conceptual design phase, playing a key role in shaping the project vision. Additionally, I managed the project budget to ensure its successful execution.
For the ALNAYFAH PROJECT, I conducted on-site architectural inspections. With a budget of 88 million riyals, I ensured that architectural elements aligned with design plans, maintaining quality and compliance throughout construction.
During my work at Almabani General Contractors, I held the position of Land Scape & Site Architect. I contributed to the Riyadh Metro Project as a Landscape Architect, which had a budget of 11 billion riyals. In this role, I conducted comprehensive on-site landscape inspections, ensuring the successful implementation of the landscape design. Additionally, I created detailed drawings to support the execution of the landscape design.
I served as a Site Architect for the Riyadh Metro Project (BACS) with a budget of 2.75 billion riyals. In this capacity, I conducted thorough architecture inspections, overseeing the overall architectural aspects to meet required standards and specifications
