• Had responsibility to implement Enterprise Analytics and Management System, it monitors and analyzes activities and behavior by 65% of cases within 1 month.
• Responsible for the management of core banking and selection of the necessary
methodology for projects (Waterfall/Agile).
• Liaised with stakeholders to identify requirements and control project scope in coordination
with business analysis.
• Break down work packages within the project team and ensure task completion.
• Draft request for proposal (RFP) for the vendor and negotiate pricing, timelines, services,
and terms with vendors.
• Build, maintain and execute release planning with development, testing, and production
support teams.
• Identify risks and define countermeasures throughout the project lifecycle.

• Aligned and Executed implementation of VAT tax E-Invoice, spanning 12 departments and
70 team members delivered implementation within 3 months, protected from the risk of
$300, 000 penalty.
• Direct project management initiatives from conceptualization through development,
implementation, and management.
• Partner with key stakeholders to analyze project requirements/product backlog through
meetings and draft Project Charter.
• Preparation of responsibility matrix and assessments of risks to determine constraints.
• Define timelines, budgets, deliverables, and milestones.
• Collaborate with teams (internal-external vendors) to plan project sprints.
• Record progress to ensure project milestones are completed on time, on budget, and with
the desired results using reports (Burn up, Risk monitoring report, etc.).

• Executed implantation of Saudi Arabia government mandate of Instant Payment System worth of $1M, achieving key milestones on time and under budget, resulting in a new way of fast payments transfers.
• Enhanced standing instructions product framework for collection department, increasing $100, 000 - $300, 000 bank revenue.
• Implemented financial integration with National Housing Company for monthly/quarterly/yearly rental payments, meeting digitalization roadmap of Saudi Arabia also increasing $35, 000 revenue within 6 months.
• Designed system UI using HTML5, CSS and bootstrap.
• Developed a 3 tier 2010 and 2013 SharePoint Solution using Dot Net.
• Developed web Portal using ASP.Net for share trading.
• Outlook integration with SharePoint 2010 and 2013.
