Design Review of the Mechanical and HVAC documents that are related to the projects including drawings and Specification.
To review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings prior to according to the required project standards.
To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
To undertake QC reporting interaction with other departments of Company and clients to assure production schedules and deliveries are met.
To act as a liaison with contractors and clients managing any work interfaces and enhancements to project scope.
-To review building services documentation (drawings, calculation and specifications).
-Interfacing and working with clients in a professional manner to achieve project goals.
-Preparing of materials Technical submittals. Supervising of preparing shop drawings.
-To Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site in order to meet the agreed
program.
-Control the material in the site and making the required material Orders.
- To prepare necessary paper work for the completion of work and get it authorized by the
client after inspection.
