• Developed and executed approved Reliability improvement initiatives including:
o Work with Maintenance, Operations, and Plant Engineering to establish and resolve approaches to reliability priorities.

o Performed Technical Team Lead for PE T/A-2015 and, managing 92 FCM’s included unit driven capital and added scope projects altogether.
o Coordinated and managed team of engineers (Mechanical, electrical, rotating equipment specialist, instrumentation, civil and process) and designers. Discuss issues and road blocks with discipline on one to one basis or in group. Provided guidelines and resolved issues or concerns.
o Organized and facilitated T/A-2015 FCM progress meetings. Updated and maintained FCM tracking Xcel sheet. Graphical represented progress and communicated the updates to T/A Core team on bi-weekly or weekly basis.
o Estimated the man-hours to complete the aforesaid FCM resource planning and identified the under resourced discipline. Identified the potential resources and participated in recruiting additional staffing.
