Have good experience for handling shipments for some major companies Jebel Ali, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah
Coordinating with the Airlines for the bookings and follow up with the shipments status.
Liaise between the customers, the warehouse, accounts department, the airline, in order of the collection or the delivery of the shipment.
Arrange transportation for collection, delivery of goods from Dnata.
Handling office administration work.
Flight operations.
Coordinating with ground handling agent Dnata for cargo loadings.
Making booking of the shipments for the clients.
Following up with companies for the courier.
Following up with the hub station for onward connection of the cargo.
Attending flights and to ensure that all cargo and courier is loaded.
Updating cargo and courier companies about their shipment status.
