DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Observe and implement the company Quality Policy Statement
* To ensure that the installation process is carried out as per Project Quality Plan
* Perform process surveillance audit by using Audit Checklist and report to the related Sr.
Raising / verification of Inspection Request and Material Inspection Request
* Often check the all materials like Glass, Aluminum and other Accessories which installed
in site that it’s installed in appropriate manner prior to submit the inspection to the Main
Contractor.
* Maintain all the Glass & Aluminum Logs which is received and not received from our the
related departments
* Always monitoring the Broken glass Summary in order to follow up with our Glass
department
* Often follow up with our Aluminum & Glass Dept. team verbally and through email for the
pending and broken Glass details.
* Regularly report to our Project Engineer regarding the installation process and pending
works by daily basis.
* Ensure closure of non-conformance reports (NCR) raised by Main Contractor /Consultant
and communicate through Project Management Team.
* Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Sr
DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES
* Highly skilled in administering and executing inventory accuracy through adjustments
audits and corporate journal entries
* Understanding of performing physical inventory on merchandise
* Good ability to locate and restock misplaced and mixed stock items
* Able to maintain files both electronically and manually
* Demonstrated ability to comprehend the need for tagging incoming and outgoing items
* Profound understanding of reviewing inventory for inconsistencies
* Proficient in computers and related software applications
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering Completed
