increase in customer portfolio.
• Support sales as expert contact by accompanying them to customer and setting customer
prioritization list
• Gauges market demand for OFR/AFR service (performs competitor, customer and market
research with respect to sales.
• Structure road map and input to implement local/global/regional business strategies
• Serve as the Liaison with Customer and Ocean Carriers in contract negotiations and protect the
customers shipping interests.
• Provide Export & Import clearance services with reviewing documents requirement at ports for
both Air and Sea Shipments.
• Prepare and review international invoices: calculate correct exchange rate, confirm appropriate
payment time for our international and local vendors.
• Maintain management and overseas offices informed on a regular basis, alerting management
of business opportunities, problems /issues.
Managing activities of LCL CONSOL Box Service routed by oversea trade offices handling a volume of
40 TEUS/Month.
