I am responsible for Administering & maintaining Statutory Books of Accounts (Journal, Ledger, Cashbook, Subsidiaries) & MIS Reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms; preparing & submitting Statements such as Balance Sheet, P&L Account, to provide feedback to Top Management on the financial performance of the company.

Conducting verification of various books of accounts to detect any possible fraud and ensuring compliance to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); analyzing revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditure to calculate operating profits.

Preparing short term/long term budgets and designing business plans for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realizing corporate goals; formulating budgets and conducting Analysis to compare the difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.

Evaluating Revenue and Cost Analysis (Direct and Indirect Costs) on monthly basis; directing financial objectives; implementing systems, policies & procedures and reporting variances to facilitate internal financial control; providing Budget Comparison Reports to the Top Management for effective decision making

Managing funds & disbursement of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure timely receipt of payments; interfacing with taxation authorities for timely filing of VAT required under various statutes.

Ensuring timely payment to employees and vendors as per specified terms, assessing organizational performance against both annual budget & company’s long term strategy.

Performing internal and statutory audit functions along with finalizing accounts within a set time frame.

Engaging in identifying idle funds generated due to variance between Budgeted and Actual with excellent control on funds. Validating revenue, costs, assets & liabilities recorded in the correct cost code & cost center.

Remarkably establishing, implementing and performing migration to the new financial system.
