• In charge of the full-cycle talent acquisition; recruitment agent sourcing, recruitment contract
negotiation until approval, job posting (company site & career sites), job description drafting, CV sourcing/screening, phone interviewing, personal interview arrangement (local & overseas), employment contract/offer letter drafting, visa process monitoring (local hire & overseas), on-boarding/joining process coordination, joining announcement drafting
• Develop & recommend talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to enable the recruitment
of talented resources, keeping in mind diversity & company culture.
• Maintain the recruitment Flowchart and guidelines to fulfil the required openings by qualified talented the calibre on time within the recruitment budget.
• Define SOPs for Recruitment and follow timelines with discipline.
• Responsible for middle east sourcing of candidates in support of our client’s requirements and managing the assigned process from receiving job orders from the Client Manager and executing a structured recruitment process for the identification and sourcing of highly skilled professionals for our client projects.
• Source, screen, and match qualified candidates, through the job portals, such as Naukri.com, Gulftalent.com, LinkedIn., company database, social media channels, and other resources.
• Responsible to communicate the correct T&Cs and JD to candidates and handle all communication during the screening process till submission to the client.
• Working with MD on active assignments. Approaching, Screening, and briefing candidates.
• Utilising CRM, LinkedIn tools, and market mapping to highlight and approach candidates. Re-targeting (based on internal and client feedback).
• Sectors include Renewable Energy, Waste Management, Clean Technology, Private Equity, Engineering, Corporate and Consultancy.
• Talent Mapping and passive hiring
• Locations cover the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia.
• Market mapping (current employees & alumni of top-tier Engineering, Consulting, Green Investment & Advisory firms, Investment Banking & Private Equity, and Environment & Renewables.
• Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources upon identification of requirements.
• Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, head-hunting, cold calling, LinkedIn(Boolean Search), and job portals.
• Receiving requirements from all the departments & conducting a computer-based search with the existing Databank.
• Developing effective sourcing strategies for all skill pools to include candidates/profiles.
• Identify top talent through active and passive sourcing methods including job boards, referrals, online resources, cold calling, and, LinkedIn (Boolean Search).
