Coverage
- Ensure documentation of work performed to support audit reports
-Managing of all accounts Receivables, A/C Payables, Accruals, store accounting, manufacturing, cash And bank accounts up to finalization ( through el-Edari accounting software), plus all Admin. Transactions & design
-Approving all expenditures and revenues, Managing the way of receiving or payment
-Managing the job costing & cost accounting
-Preparing the financial statements & reports on monthly basis (Income statement, Balance Sheet, Sales analysis, Cash flow statement, Financial ratios)
- Planning, organizing and carrying out the internal audit function; establish priorities for audit
Coverage
- Ensure documentation of work performed to support audit reports.
-Update Cash flow on daily basis
-Issue of operational cash flow for the month, and forecasted for next month
-Posting to GL cash entries, sales transactions, Production and assemblies, Purchases, bank entries.
-Posting to GL assets, and assets depreciation at the month end.
-Verify & create into module L/C & TT allocations, and added costs.
-Check custom clearance invoices.
-verifying that all batches are posted, including payroll and advances
-Issuance of remote area customer statements & reconciliations.
-Reconcile Petty cash, Main Cash box & Banks
-Reconcile payables Accounts and provisions (monthly, periodically & annually)
-Preparing financial analyses& ratios of Balance sheet, P&L figures (monthly, annually)
-Controlling of Accounts Payable, Managing of Payment to Vendors using the Bank Credit Facilities.
-Managing all expenses related to salaries, staff provision, Advertisements etc.
-Dealing with Banks (Issuance of LC, BC, TTR, BD, LG' s).
-Handling of Bank transactions:
-Issuing and Following -up L/C' s, TT/TR, B/C' s & LG’ s documentation Cycle with Arab Bank PLC, First Gulf Bank Dubai, HSBC Dubai, Dubai Islamic Bank, Emirates Islamic Bank-Dubai.
- Waiting for Acceptance from banks, Preparing of TR, Promissory Note, Bill of exchange
- Processing of Accounting Entries & contra accounts Entries for all bank issues.
- Doing the Daily bank reconciliation for all of O/D bank accounts and TR bank Accounts, matching for Facility limit granted by banks and Updating for the trade facility records (Daily, Weekly and monthly)
-Checking of Accounts Receivable Register, Issuing of Job Numbers for Projects
-Controlling the contracts And LPOs from Customers Matching LPO, Purchase Invoice, Store Receipt Entry, Materials Job Requisition, Indirect Labor for Each period Distributed to Jobs, The Average Percentage for the overheads, Equipments, Subcontracts, Packaging and Delivery Charges Cost of Goods Manf. And the Cost of Goods Sold all Matching with Job Data Entries
-Reconcile for Job Data Entry In case to reach to the Accurate Job cost
-Planning, organizing and carrying out the internal audit function; establish priorities for audit coverage, and develop short- and long-range audit plans; scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs.
-Ensure documentation of work performed to support audit reports
Handling of all Accounting tasks Up to Finalization.
