•Lead the creation of commission platforms, schemes and policy in accordance to sales strategy and profitability targets,
•Manage the relation with the different business partners to the sales department in terms of monitoring performance, incentive design, and reconciliation with accounting,
•Develop, maintain and update the various systems and business processes critical to reporting and tracking of sales performance and compensation to business partners,
•Analyzing and approving monthly commission accrual expenses,
•Set yearly budget for commission based on target and sales expectations through effective analysis,
•Manage the out-source sales force operations, time attendance, commission and incentives,
•In charge of the monitoring the sales department budget and liaising with the different departments to set yearly sales budgets,
•Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports to measure sales performance of different channels and partners and provide insights and feedback to management,
•Performs ad-hoc analysis and special projects as defined by the needs of our business stakeholders
•Provide timely business intelligence information to the field sales offices,
•Responsible for validating Annual Commission plans with Finance,
•Load annual commission plans and issue annual commission letters to sales management in a timely manner
Manage the company’s key strategic accounts to insure high customer satisfaction, and develop the accounts to generate the maximum value,
•Analyse customer needs and requirements to advise the best fit solutions,
•Lead the launch and development of new products and services and manage the projects from idea phase to launch,
•Seek and acquire new accounts to achieve the company’s overall revenue targets,
•Closely monitor the market and competition to capture opportunities and be mitigate potential risks to the business,
•Manage a team of sales executive and set their targets and sales plans,
