KEY RESULT AREAS
(a) To actively manage & develop the business in designated Sales region.
(b) Daily store operations management of 30 retail stores & coordination of sales, merchandising & allocation and replenishment of stocks as per sizes, colors and geographical area.
(c) Cross Merchandising and Coordinate with Marketing partners for Branding & Advertising activities of skus.
(d) Managing entire operations from New Store Opening to inventory management & customer service and customer issues.
(e) To implement the sales and Promotional schemes & Merchandising as per company's budget & norms.
(f) Close monitoring of fast movers & slow mover skus & control over the shrink.
(g) Conduct Market Research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
(h) To identify & address the strategic needs, threats and opportunities related to business within the region.
(i) To ensure staff are adequately selected, equipped, informed and motivated and to carry out their duties according to best business practice in Sales & Merchandising standards.
(j) To maintain good customer relations particularly with top key accounts by resolving the complaints/issues promptly.
