• Preparing and updating MEP inspection related logs i-e IR LOGS, MIR LOGS, NCR LOGS, INSPECTION & TESTING PLANS for testing and commissioning.
• Inspection of all project MEP materials against approved material submittals delivery notes etc.
• Coordinating with consultant for material and work Inspection and obtaining approval for the same.
• Preparation and submission of monthly QA/QC Reports and QHSE AWARD names/list to the Quality Manager.
• Raising the NON -CONFORMITY REPORTS, OBSERVATION REPORTS and methods to reduce them in coordination with the Project Manger.
• Inspection of material at supplier premises if required.
• Maintaining all quality records, following up and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken timely.
• Observing the site works on regular daily basis and raising the observation reports with pictures.
• Promotion of Quality culture and conducting awareness to the staff members about the quality assurance and quality control by giving trainings.
• Also working as an Internal Auditor, got Internal Auditing Training as per the ISO-9001-2008 standards.
• Worked in Quality Enhancement Cell as an QA/QC Assisting Engineer.
• Assisting QEC Manager in preparing the IMS Manuals and SELF ASSESSMENT REPORTS of various engineering departments.
• Arranging Teacher’s and student’s Evaluations (confidential) on monthly basis for better quality, feedback and taking important steps for the same in coordination with HIGHER EDUCATION COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN.
completed my sixteen year education with Engineering in Electrical i.e. B.Sc (Bachelors in Electrical Engineering) in 1st Division and my field of study is Power and communication. During the course of studies I have acquainted myself with different module involve in Project Management , Fiber optic communication, Power distribution and utilization, Power electronics, Electrical instrumentation, Telecommunication , Mobile communication, Radio Communication Electrical machinery ,Electricity Production, Communication Systems.
