My current responsibility includes;
• Managing Overall Procurement Operations for IBM Pakistan. Responsibility is to ensure smooth procurement at the best total cost of ownership while focusing on process efficiency & optimization.
• Ensure End to End procurement of goods and services for all commodities (IT, Telecom, Construction,
Marketing, Admin and General Procurement)

My responsibilities included;
• Initiating, managing and execution of Contracts & POs for both foreign & local procurement.
• Procurement of all goods and services for IT, Technical, Marketing & General Procurement domain throughout Pakistan operation.
• Strategically Planning procurement with finance and internal clients.
• Ensuring early involvement in budget & forecast plans for smooth execution of sourcing activities in line with the Strategic Plan.

My responsibilities were: • To execute finest negotiation practices while effectively managing vendors/internal customers and at the same time adopting best business expertise.
• To procure IT & Technical related equipment's & services for Mobilink operation throughout Pakistan.
• To negotiate with vendors and at the same time managing internal customers in order to achieve
process and flow optimization.
• To prepare and process POs, PRs in Oracle Financial System & managing overall procurement reports.
• To prepare and manage relevant cases for Orascom approvals in accordance to the required standard by utilizing Enterprise Content Management Portal.

Apart from performing all of the routine procurement and contract related responsibilities, I was specifically
working on a special project related to Corrective Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance of all the Mobilink
Prime, Standby and T-Prime Sites all over Pakistan. My role was to manage and negotiate the contract for
Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance project and at the same time to achieve optimization of workflow and processes involved in CM & PM, Re-fuelling transportation and security by adopting transparent and effective lean business procedures.
