•Oversaw installation, tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with approved procedures
•Responsible for: o Preparing material submittals, site reports, inspection reports, method statements, project material quantity list, project progress report and shop drawing o Preparing performance Test for the Systems in the project as per projects Specification o Verifying Recommissioning checklist and advising rectification if any prior to Testing & Commissioning. o Ensuring of all the tools and Instruments have valid calibration prior to Testing o Ensuring Testing Commissioning is done as per approved Method of statements & handing over. o Preparing Maintenance reports as per QCCD forms for getting approvals for new and Existing Buildings o Preparing preventive strategies for life safety to avoid any causalities for humans or any properties. o Producing and processing financial measurements, evaluating, and approving invoices for payments
