Highlights

- Project Manager of the administrative and financial systems re-engineering project (restructuring, administrative and financial policies, management authority, job descriptions, regulations, salary structures, and job grades).

Responsibilities.

- Steering HR practices and objectives to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and recruitment/ongoing development of a superior workforce.
