-Determining call schedule by reviewing priorities with Salesperson; discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes.
-Maintaining customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees; answering their questions; responding to special requests; describing product features.
-Maintaining store shelves by observing displays of company products; removing damaged or freshness-dated products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products; Ensuring Stock Rotation .
-Maintaining inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
-Completing call report by observing display and pricing of competitors' products.
Helping field sales representatives with special promotions by setting-up displays at aisle ends; -Checking daily on special promotions; observing customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations to management; removing promotions at end of special promotion period.
-Providing information by reporting growth, expansion, or closing of supermarkets in assigned territory.
-Maintaining quality results by following and enforcing standards.
-Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
-Enhancing merchandising and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Duties Entitled to Gea'nt, Al maya & Choithrams Accounts:-
- Conducting intensive and structured prospecting of new customers to identify and develop new listings
- Introducing the company’s latest innovations available
- Focusing on increasing the sales and supervising the sales process by follow up on orders, deliveries and collections
- Providing market feedback to the Sales Manager regarding movement of goods / brands
- Ensuring payment of receivables in a timely and diplomatic fashion
- Spoting and Seizing commercial opportunities.
- Building and maintaining effective customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty
- Handling and responding to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively and accurately
- Providing customers with the appropriate selection, sampling, Testers of products in response of their inquiries and provide quotations accordingly
Nature of Job
• Developing, organising, planning and promoting a range of large scale events.
• Reviewing and sourcing the locations where the event is to be held.
• Meeting Sponsors and Explaining product benefits and advising sponsor of the scale of publicity to be acquired
• Creating promotional material for the event & distributing it to the target audience. .
• Preparing and managing budgets for the event.
• Ensuring adequate staff is available for the event.
• Creating a table sales database for all events. Post event tasks, managing evaluation form analysis, thank you emails.
• Identifying opportunities to up sell.
• Taking provisional bookings & obtaining written confirmation.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers such as florists and external caterers.
• Assisting with direct marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Conducting a follow up analysis of events.
• Maintaining an inventory of facility & equipment used.
• Creating Marketing Campaigns
• Building good client and sponsor relationships.
• Hiring International Artists via personal database and contacts
• Assuring Artist convenience for services provided by the firm
• Preparation of Contracts with supporting partners and Artists
• Sending out accurate client contracts and ensuring they are signed & returned within appropriate deadlines.
-Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
-Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;
-Presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client;
working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;
-Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and Design team by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
-Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
-Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;
writing client reports;
-Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;
-Undertaking administration tasks;
-Arranging and attending meetings;
-Making 'pitches', along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.
-Waiting on customers, operating computerized cash register, giving correct change, scan credit cards and checks. Bag merchandise.
-Remembering regular customer's names and faces. Suggest selling and assisting customers to locate merchandise.
-Accurate and effective completion of shift paper work.
-Detecting shoplifters.
-Vendor check in procedures.
-Listening and handling customer complaints.
-Advising store manager of any situations or policy violations having an adverse effect on store operating performance.
-Answering and screening telephone calls properly.
