Responsibilities and Duties
* Interviewing, selecting and training new hire staff
* Preparing and checking the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports
*Keeping and maintaining the optimum atmosphere to all customers
* Handling all customer complaints and make compensations if required
* Train, evaluate and motivate the staff on continuous bases
* Sites evaluation and locations selecting
* selecting and installing of equipment and set the PM Calendar ( Preventive Maintenance)
* Controlling and minimizing cost and waste
* making self evaluation for the stores
* Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and posture of staff
* Making market survey and researches
* Applying the mystery customers to stores
* Dealing with different governmental authorities related to food industry
* Setting and arranging marketing campaigns
* Controlling the financial issues with financial department
* Dealing with suppliers and maintaining good relation with them
* Attending all credit meetings
* setting future plans and strategies
* follow up the plans and strategies and study its affect

*Named the 2013 and 2014 SUBWAY Multi Franchisee of Year, Middle East and Africa, one of the top 28 World Wide I terms of Profitability, stores opened and Sales Increase
* Highest Sales Volume Ever Recorded ( 88 awards )for my stores. Different dates since 2004 till current
* Appreciation letter from US Air Force for te Subway stores inside it.
* Sales increase for my stores
2004 increase by 56 % , 2005 increase by 34 %
2006 Increase by 22 %, 2007 Increase by 18 %
2008 Increase by 42 % , 2009 Increase by 12 %
