• Responsible of receiving orders by the customers (calls, message, personal visit order).
• Performing administrative tasks such as accounting for inventory levels, maintaining equipment inventories, and ordering supplies.
• In charge of the cash receivable such as cheque, cash make sure to log-in in the book for record & deposit to the Bank.
• Assessing the quality of materials obtained from quarries and mines to ensure they meet company standards.
• Ensuring that all safety regulations are met at all times, training workers in safety procedures, and making sure that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Evaluating the quality of raw materials to determine whether they can be used in production processes.
• Working with engineers and architects to determine the best materials for construction projects and ensure that they meet legal building codes.
• Planning work schedules and assigning tasks to employees, such as operators, laborers.
• Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources.
• Utilize database to organize financial account information.
• Make regular contact with the clients to ensure the payment.
• Ensure the financial accounts such as credit cards, are paid on time.
• Responsible for internal audits on financial activities of the bank.
• Creating and reviewing incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Visiting citizens at their homes to conduct interviews and collect demographic data.
• Creating survey sheets or working on predefined surveys to gather census information.
• Explain the objectives of surveys and their procedures to people who are to be interviewed.
• Interpret interview questions to assist people in understanding them and providing eloquent answers.
• Assist people in filling out survey forms and explain items on survey forms.
• Double-check information on survey forms or information pads to ensure the accuracy of information.
• Identify and report any issues that may arise while attempting to obtain valid data.
• Compile, record, and code information derived from specified forms into a predefined database.
• Analyze the authenticity of the information provided by ensuring direct contact with each family member within a family.
