• Sales and reservation of all travel and tourism package.
• Dealing with enquiries over phone, face to face and social media, listening to customers’ needs and acting upon them.
• Hotel & Holiday package reservation- Using offline vendors and online system like TBO, Lots of Hotels, Hotel Beds, ETC.
• Ticketing- Using GDS (Galileo) as well as online booking engine like Fly Dubai, Air Arabia, Indigo, Air India Express, Spice Jet, Chamwings, ETC to issue domestic and International tickets.
• Transportation- Car rentals: Self driven & chauffeur services. Airport pick, drop off and meet & assist services.
• Other services- Cruise bookings, Travel Medical Insurance issuance, Int’l driving license & English language Learning Courses ETC.

•Other services- Cruise bookings, Travel Medical Insurance issuance, Int'l driving license & English language Learning Courses ECT.
•Corporate / Credit Clients- Handling meetings & incentive groups, school educational groups as well.
