Responsible for all types of trouble shooting and maintenance of the building management system of MEP. like HVAC equipment like AHU, FAHU, FCU and Dx unit also responsible for mechanical pump system and basic of fire fighting, plumbing and electrical. also give daily basis TBT and safety awareness before start the work.make material request and provide to technician. and make PPM schedule for all equipment and also make sure all plant running properly. ad also meet with the residents and Clint also for making good relation. daily basis briefing and make work permit as it is required.

I was responsible for HVAC designing and draft man and also responsible for site execution.Haet load calculation, BOQ, SLD, DLD, Read the blue print of ducting and modification if need. meet with architecture to discuss any change. install and hang the duct, VCD, Fire damper, diffuser and grill. make the BOQ and purchase request. meet with Clint.
