currently seconded to MMC-Gamuda KVMRT (PDP) Sdn Bhd (effective September 2014) - Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) project involves the construction of a rail-based public transport network which, together with the existing light rail transit (LRT), monorail, KTM Commuter, KLIA Express and KLIA Transit systems, form the backbone of the Greater Kuala Lumpur/Klang Valley region, as the Head Human Resource and Admin KVMRT PDP. My Job Purpose is to develop and administer all human resource and administration initiatives. To provide human resource and administration support to all departments. I am responsible but not limited to for the office and operations management of the organization. Direct all managers/team leaders on all human resource and administration issues, offer direction whenever required and oversee all correspondence issued by the human resource and administration department. Manage and correspond on any matters with regards to HRA in specific (Reimbursable) with Mass Rapid Transit Corporation (MRTC - Client). This position also requires me to facilitate and engage any HR decision from the corporate companies to employees and maintain the fairness in all HR initiatives for MMC, Gamuda as well as the direct hire employees.

HR Business Partner to Wholesale Banking, Commercial Banking and Transactional Monitoring Unit (AML).
1. Attached to Transition Team conducting transitioning of the Business / Operating Unit HR shared services function to be centralised at Global Services Centre.
a. Understanding of the methodology of Transition i.e. managing the timeline for transition, identification of scope of transition, conducting the knowledge transfer on matters pertaining to HR Processes at Business / Operating Unit HR, conducting of End User Training for Business / Operating Unit HR and managing the Business Simulation Testing for the standard Global Services Centre.
2. Team Lead Human Resource Admin Global Services Centre.
a. Coordinate, manage and supervise resources and activities within the GSC HR Human Resource Administration team for Industrial and Property Division of Sime Darby during the HR Operations transition from Divisions to GSC HR.
b. Provide leadership and overall operational supervision, management and support for GSC HR Services to ensure all transactional processes are executed accurately in a timely manner; maintain a healthy working relationship with the Divisions (the customers) and controlling the service level to the Divisions.
c. Provides mentoring and coaching to the HR Assistant Team Leads and Specialists.
d. Responsible to ensure that the team members are able to perform effectively the required functional skills in HR areas that include personnel data administration, organisation structure maintenance, training & development data administration, time & attendance data administration, benefits administration and claims verification in SAP System.
e. Develop a work culture that fosters application competence, service excellence, customer focused and business process knowledge.
3. Leverage on SAP HR to deliver business goals.
1. To develop and implement activities as required under the Compliance and Operational Risk Management (CORM) Framework for respective business/support function.
2. To review and improve the performance of GHR by implementing in place policy/operating manual, customer satisfaction survey and KPIs.
3. To assist VP, Rewards & Performance Management in implementing HR Projects as and when required.
Formulate and document an effective work processes for all HR activities to support and enable HR to effectively conform to a standard processes and serve the customer efficiently.
