• Ensure all aluminium and glazing works comply with project specifications, standards, and
quality requirements.
• Inspect incoming aluminium profiles, glass panels, gaskets, sealants, and hardware against
approved material submittals.
• Monitor installation work for alignment, plumb, level, joint gaps, and sealing to achieve
high-quality finishes.
• Conduct water spray tests, air leakage tests, and functional performance tests as per the
QA/QC plan.
• Implement and follow Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for aluminium and glazing
installations.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and maintain documentation of corrective and
preventive actions.
• Maintain up-to-date QA/QC records including checklists, inspection reports, test
certificates, and material approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and main contractors during quality inspections and
audits.
• Train site workers and supervisors on quality standards, correct installation procedures,
and safety practices.

• Production Planning and Management

optimizing resources.

• 3C (Clear, Concise, and Consistent) Implementation
◦ Ensure production documentation and communication are clear, concise, and consistent
across all teams.
◦ Conduct regular process reviews to maintain clarity and alignment in operations.
• 5S Methodology
◦ Implement and sustain the 5S system (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to
improve workplace organization.
◦ Perform regular 5S audits to ensure compliance and promote efficiency.
• Kaizen and Continuous Improvement
◦ Lead Kaizen events to identify process improvements focused on waste reduction and
efficiency.
◦ Analyze production data to detect trends and implement corrective actions for
continuous improvement.
• Welding Processes (Resistance and Nut Welding)
◦ Oversee resistance and nut welding processes, ensuring correct setup, operation, and
weld quality.
◦ Troubleshoot welding issues, including equipment malfunctions and process deviations.
◦ Monitor welding equipment performance and adjust parameters to maintain consistent
output.
• Robotic Spot Welding
◦ Program, operate, and maintain robotic welding systems to ensure accuracy and quality.
◦ Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Defect Analysis and Resolution
◦ Investigate welding defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive
actions.
◦ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product
reliability.
• Destructive Testing
◦ Conduct destructive testing to verify weld strength and integrity against industry
standards.
◦ Evaluate test results to identify weaknesses and improve welding processes.
• Weekly Analysis Meetings
◦ Lead weekly meetings to review production metrics, quality performance, and
improvement initiatives.
◦ Share findings from defect analyses, testing, and Kaizen activities to drive continuous
improvement.
• Target Date Management
◦ Define and monitor target dates for production milestones to ensure timely project
completion.

• Assist in Production Operations: Support the production team by learning to operate
machinery used in the manufacturing of helical springs, including setup, calibration, and
monitoring of production runs to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain Documentation: Help maintain accurate records of production activities, quality
control results, and process changes, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and
compliant with company standards and industry regulations.
