Responsibilities & And Key Activities:

Maintain strong connections with other colleagues with KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future requirements.

Leads and support any required corrective action due to non-conformance.

Monitor the progress and effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions that are being logged on WEBCAL and provide support where needed.

Monthly reporting to Regional Quality Team on Quality Assurance, Customer Experience & Quality Control achievements.

Branch quality representative for projects.

Customer Experience:

Complaints Process.

Implement KONE Saudi Arabia customer complaints process (Register, Acknowledge, Assign, Follow Up and Close).

Representing voice of customer in Brach QIT meetings.

Use WEBCAL to implement corrective actions (CA) for identified complaints.

Compliments Process:

Register complaints into CRM.
Provide compliment reports to management on regular basis to enable using the data for recognition.

Quality Assurance:

Spread quality culture via quality induction for new employees, quality refreshments sessions for current employees, quality campaigns and toolbox meeting. Actively communicates the importance of quality and engages the organization.

Facilitate Branch QIT according to the KONE operating model.

Responsible for planning, execution and follow up of internal audits as tool for assuring process compliance, identifying areas for process performance and quality improvement.

Follow up on audit findings.

Train employees on new process and drive implementation.

Contribute in setting local processed whenever required.

Facilitates and evaluates the implementation of KONE QMS and monitor its performance.

Contributes to development of KONE QMS within the organization and drive standard (9001) requirements.

Evaluates the results of quality assurance activities, capture processed challenges investigate locally on the root cause and prepares recommendations for management about significant that need to be made to organizations mode of operations.

Quality Control:

Investigate, analyze & structured reporting of the product with technical issues.

Support and facilitate in all the QFB (QFB analysis, RMR follow up, initiate reconciliation meeting when needed and other further investigations of QFB).

Prepare & facilitate Major Warranty Claims.

Perform quality site inspections and audits.

Facilitate the use of quality tools such as brain storming, 5 whys, fish bone etc. for root cause analysis.

Executor for Express Letters, Filed Letters, Info Letters, Communication Letters.

Ensure the proper use of Quality Documents.

Monitor efficiency of NEB-SEB hand over process and recommend improvement audits.

Detect early & repetitive failures and provide detailed findings for record product booklet.

Escalate challenges in product quality and participate in top 5 quality forums when needed.

Responsibilities & And Key Activities:

•NEB Sales Budget: Was held Responsible for achieving the Sales Budget on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Basis along with the Operation’s Manager.

•Tools: Responsible for receiving inventory, distribution, and maintenance of Tools
Assisting Line Manager and Safety Team during inspection, process and getting certification for the Tools used during installation.

•Managing Sub-Contract Payments: Calculation and verification of invoices and requests for payment related to sub-contractors either Internal/External.

•Bonus Calculation for Installers: Work in coordination with the Branch Manager/Installation Manager and prepare Bonus Calculations for the installers adhere to the policy and procedure.

•S-Plan: Ensure to follow up for the S-Plan updates.
