• Develop concepts and create marketing assets for digital and print following corporate guidelines.

• Create unique and compelling animated graphics to illustrate concepts across a variety of digital media.
• Pitch, design and implement 3D elements and virtual sets for an interactive teaching environment using industry-standard software tools.
• Work collaboratively with other design and production staff.
• Collaborates with Managing Director and Learning Experience Designers.
• Develop outstanding educational templates for learners.
• Prepare all company 3D visuals as required for projects to prescribed timelines.
• Meet company 3D Visualization goals by utilizing technical skills and imparting knowledge to fellow team members.
• Maintain all 3D library needs for the office and update as required in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Attend when required any training for skill enhancement in the 3D related industry field.
• Assist and coordinate where necessary any external 3D resources required to meet workload overflows.
• Handle design issues, find resolutions and communicate escalated issues to the Manager where required.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
