Receive the material from the supplier. At the time of receipt has to see that the materials have been sent on the basis of purchase order.
The materials received must be arranged in a proper manner. Bins should be allotted to each and every item.
After the receipt of material to be preserved properly to keep the material in safe custody. Unless the quality may deteriorate loss of material may be possible.
Record the receipt and issue of material in the respective bin card regularly. It will indicate the quantity of stock held by the store every time. For recording, maintains store ledger and bin cards.
Issues the material as per the requisition of the production. When received requisition issues material from the store.
When the stock reaches at ordering level sends purchase requisition to the purchasing department for the fresh purchase of the materials. Accordingly, the purchasing department’s purchases materials as per quantity and quality stated there in.
Must be coordinate and supervise the duty of the staff under control. As the head of the department manages the entire department.

Administer contractor performance for al projects and ensure compliance to all agreements and assist in various new and rebuild projects. Inspect all construction sites to ensure appropriate quality control on all processes and coordinate with various teams to gather all permits for projects.
Manage multiple construction projects at one given time and prepare construction progress reports for all projects on everyday basis and manage all communication with contractors and project managers.
Collaborate with project manager and resolve all queries for construction progress and ensure compliance to all safety procedures at site.
Coordinate with material and supply chain management personnel to bid all proposals and evaluate contract work and design all AFE for various projects.
Identify all pipeline and access road locations according to various specifications and engineering drawings and ensure compliance with all federal and state laws for various activities. Prepare various documents for all implementation of activities and ensure approval for same and assist to distribute all final documents.
Participate in various project meetings and maintain records of all construction dates and project costs.
Assist construction manager and prepare schedule for all projects and assist in close out process and ensure appropriate filing of all paperwork.
