Since the time spent here is limited, I have been a part of project specific work.
Worked on an Usage & Attitude study for Kellogg's for understanding the cereal market in KSA & UAE
Did reporting on Product of the year (POY) study, where I came across almost 40 categories mainly from FMCG & and some in consumer durables
I am even contributing on a major study for Pepsi co. on pricing strategy (Pricing modules)
Serviced Various clients - Ferrero (FMCG), Ambuja Cements, Bunge (FMCG), Sanofi (Pharmaceuticals), Heinz (Nycil, Glucon D & Complan - FMCG)
Our role was to understand client needs/problems and provide solutions which aid them in making marketing and strategic decisions.
Major focus on building brands in terms of saliency & their equity in the market.
Our dedicated focus was towards understanding consumer perception and how to leverage brand capacities to create a meaningful impact in terms of monetary as well as non monetary aspects.
My major focus in my MBA was around understanding how Research can help in business decision making. I had a special interest in the subject of Research as the contribution of it was quite interesting and impactful for any organization My internship of 2 months was quite of a value add for me as my focus was to develop and evolve my thinking in understanding holistically how any business works I even topped the subject of Market Research in my batch My final dissertation project was quite of an exciting experience as it was on some major brand failures in history (old and new)
