I completed my BBA in Finance in 2014 and from what I have experienced I can tell you that companies in Pakistan, whether domestic or foreign look at particular skills that recent graduates possess that will be of use to them. Such as programming skills, finance skills, specialized subject skills such as Economics, Statistics etc. Basically, you need to be proficient in a technical skill to be employed. BBA degree doesn't impart any such technical knowledge. BBA touches the surface of many subjects and gives you a bird's eye view of what management is. BBA is a degree that teaches you management concepts and is very similar to an MBA and as we all know an MBA is a requirement nowadays for employees to move into management roles in companies.
