a) Strategic Projects :( SNFN, Metro & FTTH Three Strategic agreement with Mobily
 In charge of developing all PMO activities( Work flowchart, Templates, MOP, and maintaining the Projects Database)
 In charge of dealing and negotiating with other partners for any conflict.
 ITC representative in all SNFN meetings and Issues discussion.
 Review and validate new Contracts or Chang Order to the original contract in line with other related departments and responsible that objectives expected from CO are met.
 Review and validate all invoices and track them to control the Budget.
 Working on various Projects related reports & analysis.
b) OSP Projects:
 In charge of developing all PMO activities(SLA, Process flowcharts, Templates, MOP, and maintaining the Projects Database)
 Develop, modify and maintain Service Level Agreements ( internal and external)
 Manage contractors Pre-Qualification and continuous evaluation based on preset SLA’s
 Manage the process of assigning contractors, manage their performance and insure their payment on time.
 Control the Budget of OSP contractors and insure that given work is aligned with cash flow over the year.
 Coordinate & facilitate inter-department communication( PMM, Engineering, Contracting & procurement)
 Manage OSP Business continuity.

In Building Solution (Zain Project) 2009-Present : Regional Project Manager:
i.Manage the Site acquisition process From A to Z (rental negotiation, Design, LA, legal issues)
ii.Review and approve BOQ, PO, SMR and monitor all implementation activities of assigned region
iii.Manage, Control, Report, Escalate and follow up all of the dependencies pending in Region 2 site of IBS project
iv.Supervising and coordinating all implementation activities done by subcontractors

•Smart Optimization Center: work as Performance Eng. achieved the following:
a)Good skill in GSM radio network features and parameters.
b)Have a good experience in developing the trend of the Net. by optimizing Radio Channels drop, congestion & hand over failure.
c)Good experience in RF design fundamentals.
