* Support definition of SAP Successfactors relevant business processes
* Plan, follow and deliver every step of the project in line with required project methodology
* Provide business consulting support to customers.
* SuccessFactors Employee Central subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
* Lead SF EC process workshops and requirement gathering sessions with the client
* Document and track product enhancement requests and effective liaison with HR Business / Functional Leads
* Support the implementation and take responsibility for the progress of the technical and functional work streams, working closely with HRIS business teams.
* Ensure that the work streams are adequately supported within the parameters laid down by the programme’ quality plan
* Regularly reporting progress and issues to client on both a formal and informal basis. Identifying any risks and proposing solutions

* Complete implementation projects within SLA’s and with high levels of customer success from the business process, and with high levels of customer satisfaction
* Employee Central Testing and validation responsibility
* Participation on training of new HCM service team members on PTO Employee Central
* Problem analysis on a global level, estimate and propose the resolution process
* Technical and functional involvement in Employee Central Product Testing and defect management
* Designing and architecting technical solutions for Salesforce and NetSuite projects
* Creating proposals for new Salesforce and NetSuite projects and performing effort estimation for the same

* Configure and customize CRM/ERP/E-commerce application based on the customer plan.
* Knowledge of programming procedures and programming languages including C#,
VB.Net, Apex, Eclipse, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, AJAX, ORACLE
* Knowledge of IIS and web technologies
* Develop and test programs and programming modifications; Write testing plans for others to test you work
* Plan and perform data migration into the new systems
* Install applications and configure environments for use in development, testing and production.
* Create reports, forms and other deliverables for projects and tickets
* Write and maintain programming and project documentation based on provided specifications
* Provide end-user and system administrator training in on-site and remote formats
* Understands and uses programming and documentation best practices
* Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study
* Provide consultancy for building and customizing and enhancing CRM/ERP.
* Provide Line of Business (Windows and Web) development for the businesses using the .NET platform.
* Provide Database Development using MS SQL/Oracle.
* Working as a CRM Consultant with the following work duties and responsibilities:
