I Handled the Financial Manager position responsibility two times for four months.
We took the advantage to create a business plan for next 5 Years and achieved for the first 2 years.
We already solved all the critical situation with VAT tax, Additional Tax, Salaries Tax and Real Estate Tax.
We helped the company to be transferred from AS400 system to Almotakamel ERP system.
Responsibilities:
Providing financial reports and interprets financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

Build a new costing system (cost centers, overhead allocation rates and job order data sheet) to achieve the fair production cost for each item.
Responsibilities:
Profitability report that is shown the actual cost for each job order (individual) and the variances vs. the standard cost (quantity, price, Labor, and cycle time) to help the top management in decision making and information flow.
Preparation of monthly cost statement, starting from raw material cost and go’s through the overhead allocation to be ended with cost of goods sold.
