+Generate MPS for all channels demands (Batch size aggregation, Material Check, Capacity, and priority) and Daily follow up for month plan.
+Demand planning for North Africa along with shipping and invoicing stages using SAP.
+Lead Control tower weekly meeting with all stakeholders to synchronize between Supply & demand.
+Prepare KPI Report for management showing Month achievement for all departments.
+Product Availability for all SKUs.
+Lead the planning process from Ram Materials to Finished Goods
+Lead S&OP and DRP meetings to synchronize between Supply & demand.
+Track the export orders to KSA, GCC, and other countries and order fulfillment without any delay.
+Estimate the Safety stock; reorder point and MRP for all the Raw Materials.
+Run RCCP for all the lines in order to modify the capacity based on the increasing demand
+Prepare the master production plans based on the forecasted demand.
+Generating the materials requirements plans according to inventory management, bill of material processing and scheduling to secure the production plan.
+Create the BOMs for all NIIC’s Models.
+Working on daily PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory) report.
+Issue the production orders to the production line based on the sales orders.
+Prepare and follow up all the Claims for the received shipments.
+Estimate the KPIs to ensure and evaluate the performance of the production lines.
+Distribute and control of raw materials, Work in progress, and Finished Goods flow.
•Inspecting the factories in Qualified Industrial Zone (QIZ) in AL-Dulayal Labor Directorate guided by the labor law.
•Attended training courses in Labor Law, Inspection Principles, Trafficking and Forced labor.
