Responsible of directing, administrating, and controlling the day-to-day
operations and activities of Middle office operations department including
Human resources, corporate affairs and administration services by providing
leadership, support, and guidance to MO team. Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding client servicing. Keeping track any issues arising from all existing clients, develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff, develop and oversee the implementation of client servicing routine and flows, develop surveys and capture client information as well as keeping a live communication between them and the Admin Execution team to
ensure alignment and successful deal execution.
1.- Implementation of human resources policies.
2.- Reports on human resources.
3.- Personnel recruitment.
4.- Arrangent and control of the payroll and novelties.
5.- Feed and maintain the information in globalnet.
6.- Personnel integration.
7.- Initial training of customer services representatives.
8.- Staff management.
9.- Communication plans.
10.- Work team professional development.
11.- Work environment.
12.- Service quality and customer service.
• Support with recruitment's, long-listing for hiring managers; scheduling for testing and interviews
• Support with providing feedback to the candidates and conducting reference checks
• Support with the induction and exit procedures
• Support with the HR reporting
• Perform any other related task by the HR Manager, HR Coordinator or Technical HR Officer
• Working closely and supporting the Technical HR Officer and HR Coordinator / Recruitment
• Working closely with Technical HR Officers in the field and Amman
• Working closely with Managers in the field and departments in Amman

3. Travel arrangements

Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting Universities, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
Filter resumes that matches the Firm’s requirements and send to management to select potential candidates for interviews
Call the selected potential candidates that have been selected to arranges interviews with management
Create a database for all resumes and the results of each one.
Call the candidates that have been selected to fill the position to present the firm’s offer, and send rejection emails to the candidates that have not been selected.
Follow up on new recruits plan
Travel arrangements (including visas) for the consultants team during assignments
Follow up per diems with Jeddah office and keep records
Prepare the daily and weekly attendance Report
Prepare Vacations & Leaves of Staff
Maintain office supplies of stationery and equipment
