• Coordinating with different Departments/Health Centers the approved vacancies in line with the Organizational Chart and the yearly Budget set for each.
• Supporting the Recruitment team in providing them with information related to Approved Vacancies.
• Generating a monthly report to the organization's Finance team for the purpose of updating them about the manpower data for reconciliation.
• Receiving/updating all personnel movement across the organization including transfer, promotion, termination etc.
• Ensuring and updating the Organization Chart in accordance with the existing workforce, approved organization structure and approved annual manpower plan.
• Creating the "Manpower Requisition Form" to be shared by all departments in order to approve/disapprove the requested positions.
•Implementing faculty training programs, facilitating and delivering instructors' trainings to ensure that all instructors are familiar with various learning systems for various certification programs and are introduced to the best practices and teaching techniques.
•Assessing and communicating instructors' evaluation results to faculty and regional management by utilizing evaluation tools for better customer service.
•Recommending new instructors after live evaluation sessions, reviewing their performance upon candidates assessments, and accept/decline their future academic contribution.
•Evaluating faculty development needs, providing developmental expertise and coaching to improve faculty performance.
•Participating in managing the instructors' recruitment needs and their compensation.
•Arranging and approving instructors’ assignments for foreign corporate accounts, negotiating their contracts, rates, and arranging related needs.
•Preparing and maintaining the “Faculty Newsletter” on a quarterly basis.
•Setting budgets, preparing proposal, arranging topics’ outlines, and generating agreements.
•Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met for the public and in-house trainings.
•Visiting potential clients for presenting Morgan and discussing its services offered.
•Telemarketing services to potential clients in Lebanon and GCC region and assisting in the coordination and the implementation of telemarketing activities.
•Seeking out new clients and developing new business from existing ones.
•Introducing the “Through Partner Marketing” program to all Microsoft Partners in the Middle East and North Africa region.
•Walking the partners through the “Partner Marketing Center” portal for them to implement effective marketing tools offered through the website.
