Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate between departments within the company.
- Work closely with the management and the engineering team.
- Organize diaries, courses, travel and exhibitions.
- Liaise with travel agencies and visa offices to help issue management and staff with the required travel arrangements.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and IT assistance.
- Work with the shipment team to track and trace shipments from suppliers to customers.
- Work on the GP (Great plan) System for logistic orders monitoring to purchase orders, manage orders acknowledgment, material receipt note (MRN), and delivery notes.
