My job is to develop Company’s productive fuel stations netwok across Pakistan through network development team in line with company’s policy and guidelines to meet the on-going and future competitive challenges and ensure highly competitive and profitable retail network.

My responsibilities include define and develop organizational structure and develop standard policy and procedure for the business. I have been assigned to develop brand guidelines and its implementation on ground level. I am also responsible to fulfill necessary requirements for KSA ministry of transportation highway qualification license for fuel station company. I am being assigned to train the staff and standardize current operations practice at the fuel stations. I am responsible for the acquisition of new stations operations and support network development manager for finalizing new stations business summaries.
Responsibilities include developing and revising operations policies and procedures. Carry out periodic sales analysis through data analyst and performance monitoring of sales team. Display effective role in business projects like Station Automation. Develop a system for monitoring the performance of Supervisors, Area Manager through quality reports using call planning cycle processes, visit checklists, volume tracking and reconciliation reports. Ensure alignment of service level agreements (SLA) of support departments (Real Estate, Logistics, Network, Marketing, Maintenance and Construction) with Operations departments. Ensure smooth delivery of station promotional activities and work in close coordination with marketing department. Ensure implementation of service standards monitoring and tracking system. Develop and implement rewards and recognition program for sales team. Manage new work force deputation and induction.
Tas’helat Marketing Company is one of the largest companies dealing in fuel retailing and convenience store businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia having approx. 1300 employees of different nationalities.
Responsibilities include ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfill their potential. Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments. Design and develop training and development programs, manage training budget, to develop effective induction programs, produce training materials for in-house training sessions and to conduct training programs through train the trainer concept.
Achievements:
I have developed and conducted training programs on safety, customer service, housekeeping for forecourt and convenience store staff. I have chalked out long term career ladder plan for operations staff.
Responsibilities included delivering of training programs to the retail staff and retailers as per business requirements. To support the Learning Advisor in providing appropriate and effective learning solutions, which support the improvement in competency levels across the retail business. Facilitate training sessions in co-ordination with other Retail class of businesses. To work with the Retail Training Manager to ensure all training materials are up-to-date and ready for delivery. To report monthly about trainings completed to the Learning Advisor. To use the Training Need Analysis process to highlight learning gaps of the respective staff and fill through the relevant learning requirement. Administrate the process and logistics of training rollouts. Manage the post-training evaluation to ensure an effective transfer of learning. Produce monthly reports on activities and costs. Promote better understanding and implementation of HSSE principles amongst the team.
Achievements:
Developed and delivered successfully PMtDR training programs as per the business requirements within the set time lines. I had successfully developed the plot project of sales team induction training plan ahead of its company wide role out.
I had received long service award for working in Shell for more than 10 years.
Responsible for managing sales and operations of Rs. 294 MLN Revenue network of 74 company owned retail stations across Pakistan, delivering volume growth, increasing profitability and implementing new process control to reduce & manage operational costs.
Achievements:
Successfully delivered the agreed targets and revenues (T&R) for the year 2007 and 2008.
Lead the roll out of retailer operating model for COS network, developing win-win profit sharing proposals for dealers. Recovered successfully Shell’s working capital by handing over these sites to retailers.
Responsibilities included managing sales, profitability and operational standards of Motor Fuels and Non-fuel businesses, identifying opportunities for network development, streamlining credit and contractual obligations for a franchise network in the assigned territories.
Achievements:
Worked in three different territories (Sargodha, Gujranwala and Hyderabad) located in Central and Southern areas of Pakistan.
• Consistently ranked amongst top territory managers in Pakistan for maintaining customer service standards (measured through annual independent research agency surveys).
• Awarded “ The best retail TM for 2005” for delivering 4% growth in Motor Fuels across the 40 franchisees in Sargodha territory.
• Arrested MF volume decline in Gujranwala territory (the largest MF territory of Shell Pakistan)
• Identified and plugged gaps in supply chain for 43 site Hyderabad network, delivering a volume growth of 13%.
Responsibilities included monitoring and implementation of Shell Pakistan and Government standards for quality and quantity of fuels and lubricants in the assigned area, while maximizing the utilization of mobile quality laboratories.

Received “Special Recognition Award” on effective implementation of independent stock reconciliation with in Quality Control Department domain in 2004.
Implemented and maintained ISO-9001: 2000 Quality Management System at Shell mobile laboratories.
Acted as focal point for coordinating and interacting on reporting of industrial customers used oil analysis.
Implemented Shell best practices in quality management techniques.
