Network Expansion/Rollout - 2G, 3G & LTE:
• Involved in network expansion and rollout activities for 2G, 3G & LTE.
Responsible for ensuring timely discharge of deliveries for ongoing projects for 2G, 3G and LTE rollouts. and ensuring the designs are in accordance with the planning guidelines.
USF Tendering:
• Effectively planning various transmission networks and supporting the implementation of USF projects, including nominal planning, CapEx/OpEx budget preparation for business case analysis, technical bid preparation and clarifications, technical evaluation, technical support to PMO teams during rollout.

Network Performance Management - 2G, 3G & LTE:
• Responsible for Performance Monitoring (Utilization, capacity etc) & Reporting of all Access transmission links (Microwave + Fiber) to proactively manage all links within the targeted and safe operational limits. End to end follows up with all involved teams for timely rectifications / up-gradations of microwave links as per regular monitoring and extraction of periodical reports from monitoring tools.
CapEx Optimization Measures: Responsible for maximizing reuse of existing resources, BoQ / solution optimizations etc. with the target of achieving a savings of USD 100, 000). Took Cost-saving measures, SPT, E'1s, VSAT for shifting of TDM traffic on ABOIP.
Responsible for Strategic & Synergy Projects, with PTCL.
