• site manager:
-Coordinate all activities of Basic and Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Erection and construction at the site
-Define and ensure that project scope is clearly understood by all project team members.
-supervising on reviewing all Technical documents (Basic and Detail Engineering, Procurement, Erection and construction
-Monitor, evaluate and report on quality, safety of design, schedule and budget and Time status.
-Resolve project issues, in terms of schedule and technical design and construction

design and construction of PBL pilot plant (saving 1m$)
production of flame retardant general purpose polystyrene (increase the sale and income 15%)
treatment and purification of waste gas from polyethylene reactor and reuse of gases (decreasing production cost 1%)
