A part of my job is serving as HR/ finance Assistant(started from June, 2011), my job was check the staff attendance sheet, Vacations/ Sick leave requests, employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting, Assist Controller with scheduling Vendor Payments, reviewing and processing all employee expense reports.

Preparing and following up on the entire grants process including submission, selection, negotiation, award, monitoring and close out.

Take care of sending and receiving shipments from Baghdad to our regional offices like IZ, Basra, Hillah, Tikrit, Kirkuk, Erbil, Amman and Washington DC Via FedEx or APO.
Assist on creating and designing a database program for elections on 15th of December 05, 15th October 05, and the elections on 15th of January.
Train more than 50 data entry employees in each program around the cities in Iraq by traveling to South, South Center and Northern regions on how to use the database, internet, emails, MS Word document, Microsoft Excel, and some other programs.
Also performed all kinds of both hardware and software related tasks as well as requested through specifications established and verified under to my supervision.
