Role:
* Independently manage incoming vendor and inquiries from stakeholders and external vendors.
* Working for projects procurement Civil, MEP and Interior Fit out works.
* Initiating and conducting vendor on- boarding minimizing risk with regards to on-boarding of new vendors and
ensuring suitability of on-going support to the business.
* Effectively manage significant vendor relationships and build processes and communication channels to
incorporate areas such as Legal, Credit, Risk and Audit early in the sourcing due diligence phase as well as during
ongoing review efforts resulting in early identification of potential project issues and a better overall risk profile.
* Forecasting likely levels of demand for products to meet the business needs.
* Takes responsibility for stock level of raw materials, purchased items, semi-fabricated and finished goods.
* Preparing LPO based on the PR from the user dept after approved by SCM / CPO
* Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from the vendor
* Follow up with suppliers and update Projects team time to time.

Role:
* Coordinating the movement of materials from Factory.
* Monitor & Update Status of Shipments Internally
* Preparing the required dispatch documents such as Tax Invoice, ARE-1 Form for Central Excise
exemption, Delivery challans, waybills, etc
* Follow-up with transporters
* For Import Items, follow of Customs Duty

Preparation of Purchase Orders.
* Ensure Timely delivery of goods to Customers as per Schedule without back orders & short supply
* Ensure goods are shipped as per Standard Inco terms with proper insurance coverage, for international &
Domestic shipment
* Liaising with Customs Agents for clearance of import shipments.
* Sending E-mails to our OEMs for pending order and shipping documents required for clearance.
